The Via Riyadh project is considered one of the latest projects of Sela Company participated in Riyadh seasons, under the supervision of the General Authority for Entertainment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a surface of 120000 sqm with a total of 75500 cum of reinforced concrete. The project contains 23 stores of the most luxurious international brands as well as an international hotel with a 100 luxury room capacity, 15 luxury restaurants and cafes, in addition to an international lounge, an international social lounge, and an international spa. Building roots’ scope of work was around 30000 sqm and 20000 cum almost 25% superior to the total concrete work of this project. With total contract value 31 million Through the use of the latest techniques from the site management and preparation, shuttering, etc… Building Roots achieved this project within the agreed timeline.
