The Ministry of Interior Cells Project / MOI is typically divided into two projects; one located in Qassim, executed from 2006 & 2007 and the other one in Riyadh, executed from 2007 to 2009. Building Roots was awarded by SBG Saudi Bin Laden Group both projects of cast in situ and pre-cast clad panels. It was a rushed project and needed to be accomplished in a very short time frame (the job was periodic and not continuous). MOI Qassim had been accomplished in 12 months, comprising of cells with all its utilities, covering an area of 150,000 sqm with 30,000 cum cast in situ and 45,000 cum pre-cast elements. MOI Riyadh was accomplished in 20 months, comprising of cells with all its utilities and administrative buildings, made up of an area of 200,000 sqm with 50,000 cum cast in situ and 60,000 cum pre-cast elements.
